My Experience With The Flu

Flu is a more disturbing disease than cough and fever, because it really interferes with our activities even when we are not working, we can cure it with medication or maybe prevent it by reducing cold drinks (any kind of drink)


I have an opinion that the mucus produced when we experience the flu may refer to cough and other pulmonary illnesses if the flu is not cured soon, I write my own opinion because of my experience and this is beyond the doctor's description or research, whether my opinion is true or not in medicine


maybe this will be slightly different from people who have a stronger metabolism / people who have allergies that ultimately cause flu, if people who have a better metabolism then when he often drank a cold drink then he will not mduah fell ill like me , while I am a bit surprised by the condition of my body, sometimes I sneeze when the weather is hot, whether it's because of smoke / pollution inhaled / indeed my metabolic condition is weak.


a lot of things that cause the flu and in essence if we are less fit because we often stay up at night, fatigue from work or indeed seasonal flu, it can all be a factor that makes you flu, I myself have even experimented on my own body with let my flu become acute and ultimately my disease increased to cough and gradually increased again into a fever after experiencing the 3 things then I went to the doctor.


the experiment lasted for 3 to 4 times in my life and in the end I got the answer to the illness I suffered, I have allergic rhinitis / can be called allergic oversensitive, this allergy occurs to me because I often exhausted because working overtime, often exposed to free radicals without the use of a mask and often exposed to cigarette smoke even though I am not a smoker, and there is no cure for this allergy except when you have recovered from the flu / other diseases caused by fatigue you must really strictly protect yourself from free radicals if you live in urban,.


Rhinitis itself is an allergic reaction caused by inflammation in the mucous membranes of the nose, eyes, ears, middle ear, nasal cavity and pharynx, if you want to know what allergies are in action, your entire face from the nose to your ears, you feel a little itch in the skin .


that's the only experience I can share about the flu, where if the flu gets worse, your mucus can go down the throat / back to the lungs and can cause cough, so keep yourself from the best free radicals even if your immune system is very strong because it prevents better than cure.
